The following conditions apply:

- The goods are delivered within Germany and Austria.

Domestic DHL deliveries (Germany):

Value of goods (net):

up to €149.99 = €6.99

from €150.00 = for free

Deliveries abroad (Austria):

Value of goods (net):

up to €149.99 = €15.99

from €150.00 = for free

Particularly temperature-sensitive products are shipped in special cool boxes on ice packs or in dry ice (see product information). Any additional costs incurred as a result will be invoiced additionally.

Additional costs for refrigerated transport within Germany & Austria (net): = €12.50

Please note: In order to ensure optimal product quality, refrigerated transport products are only shipped from Monday to Wednesday within Germany and only Monday and Tuesday outside of Germany! This may result in minor delivery delays.

If shipping takes place in several stages for technical or logistical reasons, we will of course only charge the shipping costs once.

Delivery times:

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 3-6 days, and for deliveries abroad within 10-12 days after conclusion of the contract.

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.



If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you.
